Maine Wanted

Hello, im based in Newport, South Wales and would like to give a loving home to a Maine. An adult nueter would be fine, i prefer a tabby (some white bits ok) grey or brown. Will collect and introduce myself. Money tight, so would have to be a free re-homing or token amount. Thanks if you can be of help.

I don't know about the UK but in the USA shelters and rescues have many cats listed as Maine Coon and Maine Coon mixes and while they don't have the paper work in most cases they still make wonderful pets.
In the US there's a site called "Pet Finder" I don't know if there's a UK equivalent.
I window shop through the site on occasion and there's purebred rescue and a Maine Coon rescue in Northern California where I live with many wonderful cats that I would be proud to share my home with.
