Ruby's first snowtime....
Although she was a bit hesitant at first it wasn't long befor Ruby joined her big bruvs outside, didn't think she would be so lucky as to get her first taste of snow under her paws so young, don't think it is going to last too long so pleased that it happened at the weekend when we could let them out....

I saw the same body language here... at first they walk very cautiously, with outstretched paws.

It was Herbie's first snow as well. When I opened the door for him, he jumped backwards in shock!! Then stood in the doorway for ages trying to bring himself to set foot in it. I wasn't going to stand there with the door open all day, so I picked him up and plonked him in the pile of snow on the front step, and shut the door quick! Mean mummy!
But he soon ran off and joined his brothers.

Oh how special! She is looking quite lovely and also as I always say, so big! I didn't know folks took youngins out in the snow. One day I had the door open and my bold Sasha Fierce ran right out and jumped in it. I had to grab her and bring her back in. I swear she has absolutely no fear. Amazing the differences in kitties. My Teddy is a bit delicate in very cold or windy weather. Perhaps because I shelter my cats a bit. Ok I admit it, I am an over protective mommie.

Our 3 looked like abominable snowfurries when they came back in this morning!
