    is it ok???

    ok please dont shout at me BUT is it ok for kitties to eat pasta?? and boiled egg?? as my little tigglypig goes mad for the long pasta and a boiled egg i have given in and given her little bits but she loves them. will it do her any harm???

    I don't think it will do them any harm as our Vet has suggested feeding Hank a little rice or pasta after he was neutered as it wouldn't be too rich for their stomach. So I certainly don't think it will cause harm but I wouldn't give him a lot, perhaps just as a treat or to add a little variety now and then is OK.

    Egg is fine but not pasta as it is a carbohydrate so not ideal for cats.

    Having said that, I have a cat that goes mad for pasta, sweetcorn, prawn crackers, sausages....the list is endless and it doesn't do him any harm when he swipes the odd piece!
